Governor Orders Hoosiers to Stay Home in Fight Against COVID-19
In statewide address, Governor also limits state government services INDIANAPOLIS — Governor Eric J. Holcomb delivered a statewide address today to order that Hoosiers remain in their homes except when they are at work or for permitted activities, such as taking care of others, obtaining necessary supplies, and for health and safety. The order is in effect from March 25 to April 7.
I need to contact my doctor's office and move my next appointment up to this week. I think with a note from her I may get the "essential" travel documentation in time for the mushrooms and crappies that will need to be harvested during the upcoming couple months, and the turkeys that will require counting during the annual census.
They are food items, after all, and travel to get them should be exempt, as long as we can perform it without any needless interaction with other humans or their pets.

I'm considering myself as essential construction. The thing is, I come in contact with 0 people if I want to. I work for myself. I may get drive thru for lunch, I don't have to. I may get gas to travel to a job. I work outside. I am NO threat to anyone! So weird how we are trying arbitrarily to protect us from ourselves. If I was in an office with 100 people I would understand.
I've been blessed so far. All three of my sons are still working. Two from their homes and youngest company on the essential list. Both my wife and I are working from home. Hope everyone else is financially okay. This is my biggest concern of this virus. I'm with the Texas governor and would whether take the risk of the virus verses shutdown the economy. I thinks it's going to take a decade plus for recovery if not longer. Way to many companies across the board are going to fold throughout the year.
