All deer diseases can be found in the Wild and penned animals I do believe. BOAH controls the penned deer in Indiana! Correct, and our DNR and the BOAH both sit on discussions on handling various things however.

Listening to it at work today. Audio quality seems fine to me. I download podcasts through an app on my phone. I searched for it but didn't find it. I would be interested in hearing about food plots, water holes, calling, attractant scents, traditional gear, Indiana deer hunting history, etc. Which app? It takes sometimes days for various sources to populate the podcast on their specific service. Some I have to manually request it, Podbean is a good example of this.

It searches several different podcast source sites.

Wanted to let everyone know the 3rd episode is going to publish by Friday this week...may show up in some streaming sources late Thursday. I got Amaanda Wuestefeld as a host, she is the new (since last fall) Director of Division of Fish & Wildlife. We chat about a TON of stuff, some things are:
-Funding/Pittman-Robertson & Dingell-Johnson Acts... -Aspects of airguns are discussed -Status and outlook for the deer in her opinion in Indiana -Current CWD status and plan -Few studies taking place also
...and as they say so much more.

Good luck with this. One feedback item .... Why limit yourself to "Indiana Deer News"? It kind of limits your audience. You are out there on the worldwide web and a whitetail deer is a whitetail deer, and may of the issues are the same, no mater what location they occur in.

Thanks for the feedback and I 100% get it more than most may realize. I've got an all things deer related podcast already geared more towards habitat stuff elsewhere. Indiana Deer News has been something I've wanted to do for a long long time and creating a more engaged audience in my home state motivates me vastly more than attempting to get hunters nation wide engaged in their deer herds...discussing regulations in a vague and broad manners or discussing say Minnesota discussions is of no interest to tons of other state hunters. I struggle even on my other podcast and website during some discussions because if you get specific in certain states or so you lose relatability at times...which is why it focuses more on hunting tactics and habitat management which translates to a lot if not all hunters.

Post the link when it’s available..... thanks Will do man! Not knowing what app or streaming service anyone uses, I can always say www.indianadeernewspodcast.com/podcast will always show the podcasts and the second I post it to my host site will auto post it to the site page. Tomorrow night it will be posted once home...but not posting it to any social media sites or pages till Friday.
