The Lawrenceburg, IN walmart had 2 muzzle loaders in the case. No clerk was around but one was marked $159 and the other was $199. The more expensive one had a stainless barrel. I bought the last pack of Muzzy 3 blades for $9. They had a few stands. The cheap basic model was around $75 I think. I didn't see any 2 man stands left. The arrows were marked down a little but but still more than what I wanted to pay for them.

Was able to get a Traditions Buckstalker last year around this time for $99. Didnt end up using it this year and just got a scope from Cabelas for half price. I have now paid $150 for a muzzleloader setup.

I have to take my wife to Louisville Monday for a doctor's appointment. I'm planning on going to Bass Pro and Cabela's and checking out what's on sale.

We stopped in at Bloomington Walmart this afternoon for groceries after watching the movie "1917". There is no longer a gun counter, nor an ammo case, so it's probably a safe bet that there were no muzzleloaders either. I had no plans to buy anything, but just swung through the sporting goods section to check for you guys. There were four ladder stands (no idea on height) for $49 each, a couple of hang-on stands for $39 each, a couple of $39 boxes containing climbing sticks, and I'm sure lots of small odds and ends that I didn't bother perusing.

I bought a single man $49 dollar stand. Realtree with the "tree gripper" a week ago. Have not put it together yet had to drop it off at my uncle's house.
I'll do a review once I get to put it together. Figure I'd get something easier to move since we have been hunting so far back in the public land.

Prices went down again. I got an Ameristep Legend blind for $35 (previously $148) and 3 Traditions Buckstalker muzzleloaders for $99 each. One for my use and one to set back for each of my girls someday.

I picked up 295 gr. Powerbelts last night,$9.00 for 15. I know LOTS of people hate them, but I like them and that's a good deal if you shoot them. Sullivan Indiana Walmart.

First good deals this season for me. Got 8 crossbow arrows with helical fletch and brass inserts for $1.50/each. Been using them for a few seasons and work great. Been watching stands and blinds for awhile. Hoping to catch one more price mark down before I pounced. Swung by today, and the 5 blinds were all gone. But. These 3 treestands that were $49 on Sunday, went home with me today for $25/each! nearest gas agency

I picked up another box of carbon arrows. There were only 4 left in the box but it was marked down to $9. All of the $49 stands are gone. They had one of the nicer stands left but it is still full price. I'm stopping at Orchelns tonight on my way home to see what they have left.
