My grandson got drawn for a pheasant hunt for this area. We invited a friend to go that has a bird dog and now he can not go. Looks like we will be trying to walk them up. Any tips on this area, I know it would be better with a dog.

Just shoot me a message on here and we can talk and get it figured out.

If indyqdog is unable and you are interested, I would be interested in bringing my German Shorthair to meet up and hunt with you guys. Just let me know.

I highly suggest a dog. I believe I hunted white county one and saw maybe one bird. Really needed a dog. I have hunted several of them and I wouldn't do it again without a dog.
