I just searched for other Dove hunting posts and seen that back in July 2017 , I applied for the draw

Winamac on the 1st for son-in-law and me. Nice, that's a long drive for you. I put in for Winamac also since Willow Slough isn't having the draw this year but didn't get drawn. I'm ok with that. I had 2nd pick at the Slough last year. I'll go somewhere. |

Since Willow Slough isn't having a Draw this year , can a person still hunt Doves there legally ?

Yes, nice long drive for me. Went up last weekend to scout the fields with S-i-l. The good news is he lives in Plymouth, so I get the bonus of seeing grandkids again.
