I heard there's a chance of snow this weekend. I hope it is not like last year. It didn't warm up good until May and by then it was too late in my area. Last year was the worst in my 40 years hunting them. I didn't get to sell any and ate very few.

With 12°F windchill this morning and barely getting above 32°F here today I think it might be a while before they show up here.

As I was coming home tonight at 6:50 pm the thermometer in the truck said 31°F and dropping. |

 My boy brought home 50 yesterday! He brings home a lot of "junk" ....but these...these I like!!! His buddy found 100 the day before. Just so you all know they didn't come form my place....so stay out!  |
