The 10-round limit would not be in effect for the PCR's, right? I thought it was only for the "HPR's". No matter what type of weapon, if someone needs more than 10 rounds to fill their deer tags they need to spend a LOT more time at the range.

As a handloader, I try to have 25+ shells at the ready for each gun, then use 1 or 2 for the season. Have no idea why, just good to be prepared I guess. I always have the 10 on me though, never know when a pack of yotes or bank robbers will come by. Lol.
