What's the best way to fit your mech broad heads into your quiver?
Also, has anyone changed out their stock crossbow quiver to an aftermarket. Wondering if the fitting will bolt up to an after market. I have a ten point Titan extreme.

And to add to this why do crossbow quivers only hold 3 bolts? Is there an old law about this?

Mine holds 4. I carry 3 broadheads and 1 field point in case a squirrel is really annoying me

Before I shot mechanicals I removed the center rubber piece in my quiver that holds the arrow in two places but now I need that back so the mechanicals can kinda “float” up in the shield end of the quiver and not be pushed up in the holes. But of course I have no idea where I put it. I am shooting an older Horton Crossbow so quivers may not even be like this anymore.

I bought a three-pack of Rage carbon bolts with Rage 2-blade heads. I just precut slots in the foam insert for the blades and slide them into the slots.

I have some rage 2 blades didn't have issues with those fitting but I am switching over to a 3 blade and they're offset when compared. I'll try opening one up then shoving down In the foam and save that one for a target head or for a coyote.

I figure worse case. I'll screw it up one way or another doing it that way. Once I build up confidence I will (the money to replace if needed).

The cheap mount for the 3 bolt stock quiver on my Carbon Express crossbow broke last year. I replaced it with a 4 bolt model from Parker, complete with a side saddle mount. It has two pinch points that holds the bolt, and the round point guard at the bottom doesn't have foam in it. I like this new setup a lot better than the stock setup. Here are links: link for quiverlink for side saddle mount
