Hey everyone,
34 years old and living in Lafayette. Earlier this year, I listened to a podcast where two guys described their experiences bow hunting. It got me hooked on the idea, and this fall we'll be my first attempt at deer hunting. I have a small piece of private land that's been offered to me, and I'll also be trying quite a bit of public land hunting.
I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can from all of you.

Welcome! I was 31 when I started hunting. 13 years later, the best pieces of advice I can give you is: 1) find a bow that fits you, and fits you well 2) aim for where you want the arrow to exit
