I will be out there. I haven't looked closely but I think a farmer I know planted winter wheat along the lane to his farm last fall and didn't get beans in this year. The last time he didn't get the beans in it was a magnet for doves - and the lane has a power line that runs right at the edge of it.

 Here's our dove plot. It's a dove/upland seed mix from Hancock Seed. We'll mow the center and after doves it'll be planted for deer. |

Buddy and I both put in for bluegrass. We will hit our normal spot too. Usually door knocking is productive for dove as well.

I put in for Roush Lake. I have been down there Crow hunting the last week or so and there are doves everywhere.

Drive through atterbury to look at the dove fields. I honestly haven’t seen good fields in there in a long time. I’ve almost always hunted the fields on the far East side.
