I am a cross between a performer and a go-getter. I've never stalked be hind a fand but, I'm not above (and have) crawling through water filled ditches in pursuit of turkeys. Me one day one of turkey hunting verses Me by the end of the second week of turkey season....

I think I fall into a new category. I only turkey hunt to get me closer to deer season. I enjoy the hunt camp and would prefer for someone else to shoot the bird. Sometimes I am a combination of all 4 listed. I will shoot but rarely get motivated enough to try that hard. Spend my time scouting for new deer stand locations and access points. Now I do get excited to take my son and spend that time with him.

Performer
I love to call and hear Tom's gobble. Killing a turkey is low on my list, way behind hearing that tom gobble his head off.

I'm a couple of those depending on the situation. I've snuck up a creek to ambush one, set up and called them in, and also crawled behind a fan to get closer to them.
