I found this to be true. My dad used a rope cocker and I was macho and just cocked my crossbow by hand and he was always more accurate. I used his same arrows and still couldn’t be as accurate. I even shot his crossbow using my method and never could achieve that same accuracy. Finally me lightning fast mind figured out what was the problem and when I started using his rope cocker my accuracy matched his.
