17°F here this morning. I think it will be a while before any are seen around here... BUT, the Spring Peepers were deafening here last week!

Yep. Roughly 3" of snow on the ground here and it is still snowing. Looks like it won't melt until Thurs or Friday.

Duck, anymore luck. On Morels.com looks like OK is the only place they are finding them with any numbers.

The boy and I found right under 30 this afternoon. Stumbled onto several in Kentucky turkey hunting over the weekend.

Dude in NC Indiana (Cass Co) told me he found a few grays last weekend on a south facing hillside. Thought I might run south pretty soon and give it a go.

been finding quite a few black ones around the house . headed up to pits this morning did realy good my brother and a buddy found a nice mess . my buddy found a 5 lb potato sack full me and my brother didnt find quite as many . but was a pretty good day. they were not everywhere like you find sometimes .seems like they were on south facing spoils about 3\4 the way up. found none in the bottom of the spoils. don,t know what this cold weather coming up is going to do just have to wait and see
