 Man, I had a blast!!! ...even though nfalls went. Whitetail1 and his son were kind enough to take me and nfalls to Royal Flush today. I never dreamed that it would be so much fun. I couldn't hit the side of a barn if it were moving, so I sure was glad that these birds would stop mid-air and hover until I finally got a shot in it. I paid extra for this type of bird. I think they were hybrid with a monster humming bird somehow. I didn't ask. Thanks whitetail1! Got some more photos coming. |

Lots of fun today! A few pics below: Jon Snow with a nice rooster  Nfalls with another nice rooster  All the fellas with their day's kill  Jozee on point  Lots of lead flying today. Don't let Jon Snow fool you when he says he can't shoot. Jon started out 6 for 7. Not sure what the final count was for the day, but I believe he either has been wing shooting his entire life or he has spent the past year honing his skill on the skeet range. Nfalls was a shooter too. Don't ever let either of these fellas tell you they can't shoot. Looking forward to the next time fellas! |

whitetail1 it was a blast just looked like I was shooting good because Logan was my brace mate. No video, no proof. But, that Jamie Brooks 1John5:13 can sure shoot if you come out first three birds batting 1000 you are doing pretty good for someone who says they can't shoot

That looks like some great cover over there . What size shot were you guys using ? It was perfect. I was using 4" magnums. Maybe this is why I shot so well??? 2-3/4" six shot is what they recommend and this is what we used. Logan used a 20ga. |
