Had a heat wave today.... got up to about 40 degrees..... so I decided to take my daughter out to shoot her new bow (for the first time since she got it on christmas) .... we had a blast I had to make her come in after about an hour she wanted to keep shooting.... the draw weight is a little to much for her and the draw length a little long.... but she will grow in to it (she is only 5 after all) so I have to help her with it.... So after a few muddy arrows and a couple of holes in the garage she got the hang of it....    |

Hey woody or someone with the power.... could you resize these so they fit? I tried but apparently I don't know what I am doing.... and the wife is at the store picking up party supplies so she can't help.

Outstanding. I can't wait for my girl, 3 yrs old, to get into shooting. She loves the pink 22 cal. crickets at gander!!!!

Thank you everyone..... she has been begging me everyday to go out and shoot again.... it was just to windy today to let her do it..... hopefully next weekend.

she is a cutie......as a father of 4 teenage girls cherish these special times when she is young..and a high 5 to you for getting her interested in an outdoor activity

Thanks hoosier..... she loves the outdoors.... she would rather go hunting or fishing or scouting with me than go to the mall...... my wife hates it... but she does not discourage her from it (just reminds me all the time that she is a girl.... and should enjoy girl things too)

Thanks Larry..... Had her out shooting again today.... had a ball.... then when her fingers started to hurt I went and got my bow and shot some.... she loves to watch me shoot and yell score when I hit the dot or vitals (depending on which target I am shooting)

Your daughter sounds just like my 6yr old daughter( Wants to go hunting). You gave me an idea with the photo. I think I will get my daughter a bow for her birthday this August.
