Here's a nice buck on my plot. All my hard work is paying off. I think he has a nice rack for June 25.

See I told ya miracle grow works!! It will be a miracle if I get to call him mine. I'm just giddy that he actually went to the post. I moved the camera that I thought he was afraid of. Today I moved my field stand. If I'd seen this photo first, I'm not sure that I would have moved it. Funny thing, on video, I saw a smaller buck chasing him away. They were doing a lot of chasing, does chasing the bucks away. I wish they'd chase the coons away. They just ignore them. I'm currently looking for coon camo.

I think you're on to something. Gotta get my wife a job at Chick-fill-A We use to call her the cash cow, but she lost her job. Now, she's just the cow.

Here's a video of a 10 point typical that's in the first video, and the 12 pointer in the photo. Another one is walking by, but not quite as big. They're hanging out together for now.

Here is a video of the one with all the points. He was 20 minutes behind the twins, same path. I told my wife to name him, so she'd know which one I was talking about. She named him Tree-Head. I got some new bucks coming to visit too and looks to be another doe joined the other girls. Oh, he goes by quickly, so you'll have to pause the video to get a good look at him.

Is that your "rubbing post" in the field?

Is that your "rubbing post" in the field? Yes, I've moved it twice this year. I had my field stand in the field, but the big fellas wouldn't get close to it, so I moved it to the tree line. I finished putting branches all around it today. Tree-head is standing in my chufa. They never did rub on that post, but they'll smell it and lick the branch. I thought about gluing some cedar bark to it, but I forgot to get some the last time I was at Rodney's. Not sure it will work, but I'm going to try. LOL I try a lot of things; if it doesn't work, I change. I've got 4 jakes, two hens and a big tom coming in my plot now. I thought that I would wait until spring to hunt the tom, but if I have the right weapon this fall season, he's going down.
