Do you know what a Hammond organ is? The punchline... Just another guy from Indiana

I dont get it I asked bullseye69 to see if it was a northern Indiana joke and thays why i didnt get the humor of it but he told me he wasn't familiar with it. So if any of you are from near DA region or just know the joke and can tell me the actual punchline or the meaning behind it I would appreciate it

That he tells a joke that doesn't make sense and sees the bewilderment on peoples faces and then walks away and laughs about to himself.
