Thanks guys. I found out that burning doesn't do a durn thing to them last year........ Garlon 4/diesel works really, really well as a basal spray now. Leaves showed distress in 2 days.
Yesterday was a long day, left at 6 am, pulled back in the drive at midnight. Stocking fish as far South as Jasonville. (125 1 3/4 lb. female Largemouth bass in a 2.5 acre pond)
You guys down South had some pretty good rain yesterday/last night!

I'd say the diesel fuel got the fast results lol but the Garlon finished the job

I give-up on I.D. of plants in question. Got a few wild plants growing down here in Central Kentucky that I've not yet been able to Identify. Good idea.

The water plant I think saw some where I was fishing yesterday does it grow out in water about 3 or 4 foot ? Look at creeping water primrose

throbak, I think you are correct on the creeping water primrose. I don't see it much up here. Hornzilla, I will be hitting the Jasonville/Evansville area again on Wed next week. I have 2 deliveries in the area.
