Yesterday morning (10/27) at 7:55am I shot this nice big mature doe at only 13-14yds straight in front of a ladder stand I was sitting in. We guessed her weight around 130lbs. Hit her with a MAGNUS STINGER on a GOLD TIP X-CUTTER. She was quartering away really nicely.... the entrance wound on her right side started in just behind her rib cage, and the exit wound was just forward of center to her rib cage on the left. She ran about 25yds up the side of a hill, and tumbled back down the hill, in less than 15 seconds........ INSTANT DEATH. She never even flinched again! VERY IMPRESSED with the damage and blood trail from the Magnus Stinger!! Me and Romer couldn't believe the blood EVERYWHERE in just those 25yds that she did travel. Now back to buck hunting again That is the ladder stand I shot her from, in the background...
