Finally heading down tomorrow to Lake Monroe to open our camper up for the season. Always a good time getting it opened up and ready to enjoy it from now right into archery season. Next on the list is to get the boat water ready so we can get it down with the camper and put it in the lake. Anyone else have a camper they keep permanently at a campground. Didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I do. I always enjoyed pulling it to different campgrounds throughout the year, but I really enjoy just heading down with some food and clothes, opening the door, and enjoying the weekend. No more of the pack, unpack, and pull it to and from the places.

That's cool. My wife and I looked at getting a camper to use on our land for hunting, but we ultimately decided against it.
Some are really nice, but we figured we needed storage and probably wouldn't be taking it many places and I wasn't sure how secure it would be when we weren't there. I still think about it sometimes though. My in-laws are snowbirds that live in an RV and there sure is an appeal there.
Got any pictures of your rig? Do you put antifreeze in the lines over the winter.

I thought I had some pics on my phone but I guess not. We do fill the lines with antifreeze over the winter.

I found one picture. This is right after we first put it in the campground. The background woods is all Hoosier national so it makes it nice for hunting.

Got it all opened up this evening with zero issues. Just had to clean up the lot from all the tree limbs that had fallen over the winter and it was a lot. Good to go for another great camping season. Have had a fire going for a few hours now and even managed to get some s'more making in. Great times with the family.
