Extremely lucky Jon!
While many scoff at my small properties it is what God has entrusted me with and blessed me with and I attempt to do the most I can for it. I've learned very quickly I almost enjoy and probably do enjoy aspects of working the habitat more than even hunting in the fall.
It is extremely special to see deer, squirrels, turkeys, birds and even predators utilize the habitat you create. Very special thing really...sure killing a big buck is the dream but man is it just awesome knowing what you are doing is helping all the animals.

I think I'm much the same way as far as the gratification I get from seeing them use what I have provided. If I had my own land, I'd learn more about what to do. Right now I just don't want to overload my little pea-brain with information that I can't use.

Nice job Ty. I'm doing the same around my home. My neighbor is letting clear some trails lanes etc. Keep up the good work.
