One of these days I'll have my digital with me while @ the Brickyard. These are from my camera phone.... Being on the yard of bricks is just incredible if you are a race fan like I am! Certainly one of the coolest places I get to go while @ work.

My wife recently dug up 2 pictures of me running across the "yard of bricks" while running the mini. Looked on the back of the pictures and noticed that the most recent was in 1997. What a difference a decade make in a person!! parson

LMAO DT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would take the 'jaws of life' to open up that cockpit to get my rear into the seat.......once inside I'm sure that it would be so tight that I would molecularly bound into the kevlar tub. It wouldn't be pretty!!!!!!
I'm sure that ace-reporter Stephanie Soviar's fiance Jeff Simmons would get the nod instead of me. He actually ran a great race on Sunday!

John...looks like ol hound dog Travis is trying to get a good sniff of something. I seen the same pose from him last January when we scouted a goose field and he told me it's definitely geese that's been here. ;D

Just as a side note to this thread, my stepdad is the one who actually laid those bricks at the track. We have the newspaper clip of him finishing up on that job.
