I wish I knew what to pick and what not to pick . And where to look , I kinda know to look in damp places . Because you mushroom pickers seem to be having a blast finding them .

found around 40 today found a mushroom today that had 2 stems have never found one like that in my life. my 6 month old lab is starting to find them but the only trouble he eats them. iv been taking him along and let him smell them in my hand and tell him to find them. he grabbed a couple out of my hand and eat them. today i heard him sniffing around behind me when i turned around he was goblling 1 down caught him doing it again about 10 min later. 2times iwas watching him snorten around and went over and found mushrooms there. cant wait to get into a bunch and see what he does. went to newharmony state park today for 3 hours and never found the first one. came home and went 50 yrds behind the house and found them 40

Found about 1-1/2 pounds of the small gray ones Friday got 75 bucks for them at Dinky's Still about a week away I'm thinking, but the cool weather is not helping things
