next question do we want to hunt pheasants or quail or chukar or a mix of the three ( 3 ) I'll get some prices together. We'll definitely want to do a mix. I suggest mostly chukar and probably at least 6-8 pheasant. A good hunt like this would be around 15 quail, 15 chukar and 8 pheasant. I'll take a look later and get a package together. |

Oh my this is sounding like a lot of fun fellas!! HCG is an awesome guide!! If it works out schedule wise for me and you have room for another gun, I sure would like to tag along! Maybe Whitetail1 will see this thread and think about bringing a dog too? hint hint  |

Der HuntMeister read my mind and I just got off the horn with Whitetail1. Provided all schedules coordinate, he and his boys will be along with their dogs to guide a party also. Generally, we like to keep a party to 3 guns (hunters). We have gone with 4 to a party when a couple of the guys rotate a bit. I'm not sure how far you want to go with this mossberg500. In other words I don't want to hijack your thread here...you opened this idea up. I can get as many guides as we need if more guys want to come and join us . I just don't want to barge in on your hunt. Let us know your thoughts!

I'm totally clueless about this and just throwing this out there but, would it be possible to cook up our take after the hunt?
If it doesn't make sense or too much work then maybe not a good idea.
