Anybody out there using rechargeable AA's in their trail cams? I have a wildgame innovation camera and had a 12 volt rechargeable but it went down after only a year. I am going to try rechargeable AA's and see what kind of results I get. Just didn't know if anyone had success or bad stories with the use of them.

I've been using the energizer rechargeable AA batteries' in my Bushnell & Moultrie cameras and have had good luck with them. They are 1.2 volt instead of 1.5 so my camera's "battery life status" won't show 100% even with a newly charged set. (I assume that's the reason) I do check each one after charging a set to conform the voltage is OK, (Approx. 1.3) So far I've not had one go bad and they've been recharged several times. I keep extra sets (already charged) so I can just exchange them out when needed and not have a camera down.
