Where are all the PETA and HSUS people that are collecting all that money to save the poor animals? Someone should call them and get them on the case!
Maybe they call NYC and ship them there to help control the rat population.

There's only one thing that has ever worked in controlling feral cats, widespread lead poisoning. If they don't thin them out soon the cats will draw coyotes from near and far. Yotes love cat al fresco, and once they run out of cats the dogs and livestock will be next.
