I had the opportunity to hunt today on my first draw hunt in over 18 yrs of trying. It was worth the wait. In all we saw 13 or so pheasants and managed 3 kills with a large covey of quail of which we took two. Awesome experience in Indiana. The state may not have a lot of these areas but they are awesome. I purchased our family pet Gus for his demeanor but now our Brittany may be one my new project for my step so and in to enjoy. I use to train and raise bird dogs but untl today bger thought it was feasible to kill wild birds in Indiana. Indr.doesn't often anvr our deer right but they do an excellent job endure ensuriethrey are invoked.
