I know I haven't posted in the last few months; interests have changed, a surgery and wedding have kept me off this board...
Anyway, EXTREMELY long and complicated story short, my old house near Roachdale is back up for sale. It will likely be getting listed with a Realtor next week, I'll post a link to the listing once that happens. If anyone is interested enough, it can be contracted for sale before then but time is extremely short for that.
Details:
House is approximately 2200 sf finished as I recall. 3 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath. Finished attic. Furnace and central air (I honestly don't know if it's propane or electric though, that's part of the long story...) is new as of 3 1/2 years ago. Detached 3 car garage. Barn and shed, one is 24'x36', the other is a few feet bigger or smaller (don't remember exact sizes off the top of my head). 1/2 acre pond. All sitting on 10.9 acres with EASY access to US 231- it's just a couple minutes north of the US 231/US 36 intersection. Basically 15 minutes to both Greencastle and Crawfordsville.
