I turned two rooms in the basement last year into my cave. I am still getting everything up. I have more than just mounts in mine. I have a section for my music, a NASCAR section that I will incorporate other sports things I have, My old beer can collection from childhood is getting blended in as is some of my pop bottle collection.
The one long wall (no door interruptions) has all my mounts on it. In the fish section of the wall I hung an old minnow seine from my childhood and hung my fishing lure collection in it. Unfortunately the full mount coyote I had done wasn't cured out well enough by the taxidermist and it died on me.
Working on a coffee table, end table, table for behind the couch a corner cabinet, book case, and a corner case right now. All to be done in cedar. Still need to purchase my pool table.
One end is where the plasma is and the other end has the poker table.
There are 5 hornet nests up, and I might bring in the 6th one if I can find the space. Also two hummingbird nests. 13 various kinds of deer mounts, plus two upstairs and one at my cousin's house so he can match one up to his mount. Two fish, one skin mount, one replica. There are 15 fish mounts that I have the measurements for doing a replica mount of, just not sure if I want to go that route or not.
Also have a coon tail hat, coon tail, mink tail, and a grey fox hide hanging on the wall. Instead of killing more fur bearers to put on the wall to represent my trapping days, I might just purchase some tanned hides and call it good. I do have a huge mink in the freezer that I am not sure if I want to mount or just tan.
There are also four fan/beard mounts on the wall.

Yes I did. It isn't perfect, but I couldn't find furniture grade cedar around here.

I did have an 800 square foot basement all to myself. Had a few deer hanging, a couple of turkeys and a few prints. A nice recliner and a plasma tv. Then I lost a corner to a little boys play barn. Then I lost two walls to toy story posters. Lost 1/4 of the floor space toThomas the Train sets and then lost another 1/4 to a train table. Another 1/4 of it is underneath every Cars car and now Planes planes made. Now I have less than 1/4 of the floor space and a couple of spots on the wall, but they are all mine! "All mine"? Lol.. So far..subject to change Haha Woody. What a difference 2 years has made since this post. Come spring I'll lose one of my empty spots to my son's turkey and come fall his 10 pointer will take up another spot. I might as well quit...or convince the wife they can hang upstairs.

Last pic. My stuff all got kicked out of the house years go, so dedicated part of the barn to display all of my critters.

I have added 4 bucks and rearranged my man cave quite a bit since my first post on this thread so I figured an update was in order. This wall is mostly unchanged and still is home to my 2 largest bucks. This wall is now home to the euro mount of the first buck taken from my own property (2 years ago). This wall has the euro mount of buck number 2 from my own property. This wall is getting pretty crowded. It now has my Big Oaks buck from 2 years ago and, as of yesterday, the buck I killed this year. I may need to rearrange some of this, just not right now.

Another view. Holy cow is that nice and roomy! Can we be friends? I want to play your video game in the corner. You have made some taxidermist happy that's for sure.
