I found the shells our mossberg youth model 20 gauge likes and now I can't find anymore of them. It really did well with the new federal 20 gauge 2 3/4 trophy copper shells. Got them at gander mtn here in Lafayette. Now all they have are the 3 inch ones. Hate to start over and spend more money. Going to Big Oaks next weekend and I have one shell. Looks like I might have to take the muzzleloader.

40 boxes of them for 12.99 each on gunbroker (fixed price. Buy how many of them you wish) www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=369130988plus shipping of course. I had a heck of a time finding Brenneke 1oz 2 3/4 inch 20 gauge but.....finally did. Hope this helps. God Bless If not ever using GB....it's easy. Open an account and click to buy them since a fixed price. No ppal. Most use money orders and credit cards. BTW......I found several "in stock" other places. These were the least per box that I found. Most were out of stock otherwise. Some were as much as 16.51 a box.

3 inch wont shoot much different than what you got if your gun will hold a 3 inch that is. they usually have a a little more powder charge and a little heavier slug. as far as ballistics go they are pretty much the same though.comes with a little more kick is about the most notable difference

I had an Ithaca Deerslayer that shot Brenneke sabots like darts. They disappeared around here and I spent a fortune and damn near crippled my shoulder trying to find something else. I never did find anything that it shot near as well. I sold it and bought a Marlin .44. I loves the Winchester white box JSP's, but hates the expensive Hornadys that are supposed to be made for lever guns. Go figure?

Checked wholesale and they didn't have them. Went to the site of that place selling them on gunbroker and for the price of shipping I could by a couple boxes of 3 inch here in town and try them assuming they still have them. Looks like big oaks might be a no go anyways. My Dad had some chest pains today and had to go down to Indy to see his heart doctor. He got a buck on Tuesday. I doubt it's related but maybe he over did it. Might just use the muzzy. I know I have enough bullets for it.
