I have a 50 year old ranch style house that is in need of replumbing. It is not a real complex job. The home is a single story, one bath house. I will trade the exclusive hunting rights to a 64 acre wooded property that has plenty of deer and turkey to someone who is a skilled plumber and is able to do a quality job. The house and acreage is located in Lawrence County not far from Mitchell. This is an offer for one year with the potential for additional years.
