Quail Forever (Brian Nentrup) and QDMA Derby City Chapter (Joe Shreve) has graciously donated a membership to each youth that was at the hunt. I need the youth's name and address to fill out the applications.

Sorry for the delay on this but Joe has been out of the country.

Those that sent me names and addresses I also need an age and an email address for the parent. Sorry.
