Kids 4 Wheeler (Gone)

I have a little kids 4 wheeler that I'm willing to give away if someone wants to do some work on it. I honestly don't think it will take much to get it going, but I just don't have time to mess with it anymore. It is a 50cc Kamikaze. I want to say it's made by Kawasaki. We put a new battery in it 2 years ago. It was ridden that year, but wasn't ridden at all last year and none this year. I just can't get it to start. Once the battery is charged it will try to start, but won't even fully turn over. If you are willing to try and put a little work into it to figure it out you can have it free of charge.
