Kyle just called me........ 8 guys = 40 dead geese in just over an hour of time!!!!!!!! Matt was there taping for the H.I.T. Squad so I bet he has some unreal footage..... I can't wait to see the pictures!!!! WHY DIDN'T I CALL IN SICK TODAY?  ? Way to go PWA!!!! ** Here is the cell phone pic of the carnage.  |

I not totally into the waterfowling thing......but that is unreal a lot of shooting....I hope that Matt got a bunch of good footage. I'm preparing for a cookout with family then heading to land to plant food plots tonight and tomorrow. I have my partner down there already with bobcat cleaning areas and with the tiller attachment. I'm bringing tractor with disc and four wheeler, seed and fertilizer! Not as good as shooting some many geese like these boys did!!!! Nice work again and I bet you had a blast!

I might pull a few off the video footage, we have some good impact shots there. I really wanted to take some photos smacking the birds, but it was just way to fast paced to keep up with everything else!!!! ;D Next time definitely!!!!

It was definitely an awesome experience. Just woke up for dinner and was still couldn't believe how good it was. The pictures are awesome Matt and the video is a classic. ;D

Josh..the call is back up for sale but now that it's proven itself I need triple the price.
Woody..the camo clash really messes with the birds depth perception and that's how we get them in close.

Yeah, alot of birds to clean up! We shot video of the entire hunt to be used in our H.I.T. SQUAD hunting DVD. We are producing an all Indiana based hunting DVD with deer, turkey, waterfowl, dove, etc.... anything hunting related that pertains to Indiana. Also bonus footage on the DVD of hunts out of state and Canada, and some highlights of Indiana events such as the State duck and Open Goose competitions, Deer and Turkey Expo, and a few other events. It is going to be all reality based on the hunting, showing everything that is necessary in a hunt, not just the kill footage, more of a story of each hunt. Hopefully this will be ready to sell by next Fall, probably by July or Aug., just in time for the show season and upcoming season next year!! Guys we hunt with will get a raw copy of the footage though, and won't have to wait that long! ;D Again, it sure was alot of fun!! |
