This really stinks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  As it looks right now, I won't be going on opening day due to my back injury. I go on Friday for another steroid epiderial injection in my back, maybe that will help. But for now, it is a no - go for me. So shoot some birds for me, you can shoot my limit ;D. Just joking, but shoot some for me. Have fun and be safe out there guys. Post up some pics for me |

As of right now... the rain that is comin down in absolute sheets is just adding to the flooded hay fields that are already holdin some birds.... tis tis ...... Although i did have my huntin partner check our flooded corn field that normally is polluted with about all kinds of ducks and canadas.... and not a bird on it he said. weird..... but the hay is lookin mighty mighty fine. He also picked up a retention pond at a nearby (15 mile away) factory. That!! could be neat |

I just got back from town. I remebered my Fed stamp and I will get my HIP tomorrow or tonight. I finished the blind last weekend, the birds have been flying around AND I am ready to rock and roll! Oh yeah did I mention I have a three day weekend! I pumped!

If you are interested in coming up for the hunt I am off on weekends if you can swing it. Mcduffee is coming up to hunt with me opening weekend. I could get you out with us if you are interested or if you want to wait that is fine. Let me know.
