While fishing on Bull Shoals Lake in Arkansas a few years back my Grandpa and I were fishing a Crappie bed....we had been there for over an hour when we had a boat with 2 local guys pull up to us and asked if we had been catching any.......which we had, and then they told us that our fishing on THEIR crappie bed was done and for us to find somewhere else to fish. My Grandpa just laughed and said, "Ain't neither of you big enough to come over here and make me move MY boat, and you SOB's don't own this lake or the fish in it......so YOU go find another place to fish!" After an uneasy stare down they mumbled something about them putting in the cedar tops at that spot, then started their motor and tore off. We still always make it a point to hit that hole. What part of Public Lake or River do people not understand?

Whew!! Your gramps is a lucky man!! I've been on a certain body of waer in KY/TN and someting similar happened. Guns were mentioned, our guide backed his play with a .44 and the 'locals' decided it was better to leave.
