A former church camp in Cloverdale, Ind. will be sold at auction on July 10, 2013. The site, Camp Otto, is a 44-acre property that includes a seven-acre private lake stocked for fishing.
It borders both the Lieber State Recreation Area and the Owen-Putnam State Forest. The property is suited for use as a corporate, private or sportsman's retreat. Its nine buildings, including a 3,100-square-foot lodge, can accommodate more than 60 guests. It is located six miles south of I-70, less than 50 miles from Indianapolis, Terre Haute, and Bloomington.
