...season
That would give us 6 days to tack on the end. We could hunt ducks until Jan 19.
It takes the local ducks 3 days to figure out where the blinds are,
We need south zone support.

TERRY YOU KNOW AS WELL AS I DO THAT THIS WILL NEVER FLY. IT IS THE WRONG TIME OF THE YEAR TO TALK TO ADAM REGARDING THIS MATTER. AS WE SPEAK THE SEASON IS PROBABLY BEING CARVED IN STONE. BRING THIS UP IN FEBRUARY AND WE MIGHT HAVE A SLIM CHANCE AT IT NEXT YEAR. LETS JUST HOPE THE LATE GOOSE SEASON FOR SELECTED COUNTIES IS STILL IN THE WORKS FOR THIS YEAR.

Well, I guess the southern zone is gettin screwed again. We don't need an early season that long. But I guess some dipwads up there feel we need to have it on the front, so we do not kill to many migrators.

Just another classic rape job that the south zone received. Hooray for hunting in t-shirts and shooting wood ducks.

I live up here in the north ( about 10 mi from MI) and i dont like the week long opener either! Id much rather go back to the 3 day and have more days at the end.

I would totally agree on the putting the days on the end of the season, I'd be fine with 3 days up front, a few wood duck and teal shoots is fine with me and wait for the big ducks to fly good later in the season.
