Got ya covered Travis. I bought a trailer to haul the ATV. When we get to the field we'll throw the dekes on the trailer and haul them out using the ATV. No more carrying decoys for me.

Hey if my group is ever invited we'll bring the Polaris Ranger! That thing held 160 duck dekes, 5 guns, 3 guys weighing over 250 each and a dog while going through a muddy rice field and never spun a tire!

No I still have the stinking thing, but not for long. But I am voluntarily turning it in on 2 November. I just can't see working for an additional $32 a month. BTW I put one of those motion stakes on a BF decoy. I was not impressed with it, I believe the decoy is too heavy. So I tried it on one of my shells and OH YA BABY, they are going to work. I put them on 1 1/2 dozen and set them up in the yard. With as little wind as we had there was plenty of motion. Just another tool of the trade.

Careful setting out spreads like that in your front yard........ you'll have people pulling into the driveway to ask you for permission to hunt your property!

I may wait until the neighbors are having their annual yard/garage sale and put out a dozen or so and ask $49.95 a pair. ;D

Wow, some of you guys really MUST like the taste of goose. . . . I thought you were all jus joking. Horrid tasting vermin . . . ;D I have to admit it looks like you had some fun anyway. I got a few ways of prepairing goose that would suprise you. My favorite is canned. Take a few birds chunk up the meat, brown it, throw as much in a quart jar as you can with select seasoning, pressure cook for something like 90 minutes and let cool. Then I got canned waterfowl that will not get freezer burnt, ready to eat when ever, and is dang tasty and tender. Even my wife thinks the goose is awsome that way. But it does look kinda gross in the ball jars ;D

My only experience with goose was with an ex gf who just loved it and fixed one for thanksgiving one year. To say the least, I am willing to admit you could hardly make it taste any less desirable. ;D
