What's required at IGC? Do you need memberships etc?

No membership needed. Nice place ran by even nicer people. Just show up. If you want to shoot w/your gun you can do that or find any used gun there and shoot it (they have many to choose from). Grab the ammo you need, when your done shooting let them know how many rounds of skeet you shot, and how much ammo you took, and pay for it all when your done having fun. It's really that easy. You can really let your dreams come true by grabbing one of there used guns that you always wanted to buy but couldn't afford.

Hey Guys. Thanks for all the good posts. We really look forward to putting you guys on film and making something awesome for everybody to see. If you guys do get a skeet shoot put together, get ahold of me or Matt and we can come out and put it on film maybe. Should be fun.

Kyle, It's always a good thing to have your call checked out for tune by someone who knows, that way you're not trying to progress as a caller and a out of tune call would hold you back. But yours was pretty much on the money! As a side note: I am thinking of scheduling a goose calling and hunting seminar sometime this summer and inviting either Shawn Stahl or Scott Threinen down to speak, and I'm just curious how many of you guys would be interested?

I would be there. I have met both and they are top notch. Scott is always the teacher. Everytime you talk to him or read his articles he puts out. you are going to learn a lot. I bet there is no one out there who studies geese more then he does. By watching the Fowl Pursuit videos you know Stahl knows a thing or two about hunting waterfowl.

No need to do that Travis. As long as there is no event happening there, just go do your thing, with however many folks you have. If its going to be A LOT of people you may want to give Steve a heads up.

I'm thinking of doing it either late July or sometime in August, everyone should be getting ready about that time and excited to attend! I want to make it extremely informing, we'll cover alot of different things: calling tactics and instruction, flagging, decoy setup, blind setup, weather, local birds vs. migrators, call shy birds, hunting the X, running traffic, and I'd also like to cover tuning your own calls, something that all should learn. I'm sure we'll think of a few other things, and also leave it open to some questions at the end. This will be your opportunity to really pick the brain of some very seasoned and accomplished hunters.

Sounds like a winner to me and I'm not even a waterfowler.
I just might attend just to see what it is all about.

Matt........ you might want to have Kyle and Pigeon host a symposium on when it's proper to go ahead and take the shirts off... Many people didn't do it correctly last season, and thus we had had several geese flare away. It's a lost art and those guys can help us all learn the in's and out's of shirtless waterfowling.
As always, cheerleaders are welcome to attend!

Travis, sounds good! You could bring your girl form work and we could have her give lessons on hardcore ATV riding also!

Travis...no need for that they usually have more than enough skeet fields for a group of guys. We normally don't shoot more than 6 per field but could if needed. We would just need to fill the traps more frequent.
