29 skillets full of fajitas is what I count in that picture.
What you need...
2 limes CILANTRO 2 roma tomatos, cubed 2 bell peppers, cut into thin strips 1 huge onion, halved then cut into strips 2 goose breasts, cut into strips
saute the meat in a tablespoon of olive oil when the meat is halfway done throw in the vegetables and the seasoning (see below)
When the vegetables are not quite soft but not quite crunchy, rip a half a handfull of leaves out of the cilantro, toss that in and squeeze the juice of two limes over the skillet.
Serve on warm tortillas with your favorite fixin's.
fajita seasoning:
1 tablespoon chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin (I prefer more ...) 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or pinch of cayenne, to taste)
