bsutravis, you may just work out alright. Ok, how about 8 dozen goose full bodies, 3 dozen goose shells, my layout blind, my shotgun, my dogs pad and her giant goose shell blind and my blind bag. Then you can go back and get the duck decoys, robo ducks and flapper goose decoys. I'll carry your donuts and thermos. Yep, I got to agree with ya, Ahhh the love of waterfowling...........

chico, where did you come up with one of those cards? I gave that up about three years ago. It was toooooo much work after I ran out of rookies I needed to haul all my gear.

I think someone claiming to be your offspring gave it to me at Summit one day. We were both scouting. I think this was probably about 3 or 4 years ago now.

OK guys.
It seems that there is more than enough interest in this.
If we use a point system on ducks, geese, bands , etc how would that work?
Maybe if you all can list the types of ducks and geese that can be hunted in the midwest and assign a point value to each we can get this rolling.
Would hens count less or even a minus?
Teams of 2 or 3 or ? Luck of the draw partners or choose partners?
Does someone want to take this on?

A few bonus points: kid taken with you- add their birds in at 1.5 the value if you shot it yourself. most diverse bird combination, birds taken/ per shots taken. Most stickers in back window of truck;)

I'm in for sure, I like the tailgate picture. Most limits is not good since you can only have two times the legal limit.

Whatever works....I have an 1 7/8ths inch ball on my Polaris, but that can easily be changed to a 2 incher if need be.

Holly smokes, I just lost my edge on decoy hauling, sort of like "John Henry" who lost his job to the steel driving machine. Travis why didn't you speak up sooner!!!!!!

Art, let me know when the sure thing is waiting to happen. I want to take over for Indy's spot this year. Just show up a few times and let everyone else do the work. I will sit there and mess with everyone's gear then shoot birds all day long. But at least I will have my own blind and might call a little bit too.

You guys can hit the donuts a little harder this year if a polaris is involved... I've had two fells sitting on the front rack, two fellas sitting on the back rack, myself driving.....all while pulling an 8 foot trailor with firewood. It chugs right along! I stare down the weight restrictions with a glare in my eye and ask what whimp is gonna obey such restrictions! Phoey I say! Don't worry......the little girl wont tag along on any trips afield....yet.

Travis, I believe you may just have what it takes. We need to get together and talk sometime. You got an ATV and I have everything else we'll need, even the donuts. Duff, don't you think your being just a bit harsh on Indy?

LETS NOT TURN KILLING INTO A CONTEST. ITS NOT BAD IF ITS A TURKEY OR A BUCK DEER BECAUSE YOU CAN ONLY TAKE 1. HOWEVER WHEN YOU START PUTTING POINT VALUES ON GAME ANIMALS THEN YOU NEED ANOTHER SPORT. THERE ARE ENOUGH BAD MANNERS GOING AROUND NOW LETS NOT ENCOURAGE MORE
