Well he had to buy another lanyard today. Not because of all the bands but because his head swelled up too much ;D Just kidding, he only danced a jig for 5 minutes today  Left me scared for life!!!! Had to look into a 500 watt halogen bulb for 2 mins after I got home just to get that image out of my eyes  |

Duff, why is it you ask me to do the dance twice when we're in the field? I bet you were hoping my dance would bring you a lucky bird? I didn't tell you but that group that you passed on, you know the ones that you had to take cover so you wouldn't get slapped with wing feathers, had many banded birds. We could have hunted longer than 8:30 if we had a five bird limit. Did you notice the heart shot? That only makes two this year, this one and my pintail.

It was like a train wreck, you just can't look away even though you know you will regret it!!! I asked for a replay probably due to the shock I was in, you know the type where you feel no pain. Once the shock wears off is when you finally realize what just happened I saw all those shiny bands but they didn't give me the "perfect" shot. ;D AhhhAhhhhhBULLsheet (dang alergies!) |

We should be able to get you another before the season ends. I know of a spot that birds frequent and may have some bands.
