Im new to this and have been hunting in Illinois with family. Needless to say, Im hooked. I live in Fishers and was wondering if there's any places near me kill some birds. Thanks in advance, Tom
Also, Im now looking for an 18-20 foot hunting boat. if anyone has a nice priced one for sale let me know.

Well aparently there is still some hunting on Geist Res. but it has to be on the Hamilton Co. side. Probably not a great place to go as limited areas and more then likely high competion for the available spots. If you are only interested in water hunting there are several resivoirs within 2 hours drive of Indy. Monroe, Brookville, Mississinewa, Samlamonie, Hunington, Catarack, and Raccoon. The White Rvier offers some good hunting up and downstream of Indy. Just watch for local ordinances and the such.
Field hunting is probably easiest around here. Just find the birds and get permission to hunt them. Not that either of those two things are easy.
