Sounds great however I would need to see one work before I would purchase one.

I bought one of these, very nice, only down side is the weight, it has a large battery pack that provides the power to run a fan to make the stove burn hotter, with the stove burning hot, it will also re-charge the battery pack and whatever you plug into the USB port. Very helpful to get a recharge for your cell phone, or GPS. And the stove cooks up water to a boil in about 2-4 mins. If you have room for the extra weight, it is hard to beat, if not then a jet boil is much lighter, but also does not give you the re-charging ability.

Like this?? Look at a Stove Lite lantern. That intrigues me as far as being able to pack it with me even if It is 5 pounds. Provides LED light in the form of a lantern plus can charge cell phone or a laptop.
