Already had two deer cut up into standard cuts and burger, then brought two more back from Kansas, so the last couple days we've been making sausage, finished up last night.
Made 10# of brats stuffed in casings, 16# of summer sausage in "loafs" cooked in the oven, 18# of Italian sausage stuffed in casings and a little bulk packed, then another 18# of summer sausage stuffed in casings and slow cooked in smoker.
Good eats !
