I don't have a prefferance. I wear what ever is on top of the pile, depending on the weather. I use to think it mattered. UNTIL I met a feller that has never owned camo. He always shoots deer. He sets next to a tree(does not like stand) He mostly wears levis and a levi chore coat. I have a variety, nothing fancy. Sometimes just BDU pants and old camo jacket. It is mostly about smell and movement. If ya think about it. Deer don't normally watch up in trees ;]

ps; I know I will be flamed, sorry to those this offends.

Not from me you won't. I think things like playing the wind are far more important than camo. Having said that I like ASAT or Predator.

Not from me you won't. I think things like playing the wind are far more important than camo. + 10,000 I killed my biggest buck wearing blue jeans an a red coat. On the ground. WIND AN MOVEMENT. Deer are color blind so as long as u have a tree or something to you back they wont see much. All this break up camo ect. is nice an im not saying it doesnt help or work but mostly its about selling a product an making money, making people think its someting you need, when in this part of the country you dont really need it, for most deer hunting

deer don't care about camo patterns, they are color blind.

Im in the camp that believes camo is not necessary. Only reason I buy camo is because the types of clothing I need generally only comes in camo.
Particular patterns never factor into my decisions.

I like the pattern of Preditor, as it breaks up the outline.

I use Morel Camo for anything I hunt. It blends in well with any surrounding. Check it out for yourself, www.morelcamo.com . I know it may look a bit odd, but it does work.

I like and use Realtree AP, but I kind of like the look of the Mossy Oak Treestand.

I am an ASAT fan. I am big. 6'2 and 315 lbs. I need a bigger pattern i think. But I also believe it's not all THAT important.

Check out the Woody Williams Camo Collection pictures of the good ol days of deer hunting. - ::)They didn't shoot 160+ bucks then. There is no way. Not without scent spray, doe-in-heat scent, scent-a-way body wash & deodorant, climbing tree stands, camo (3 sets- light, mids, heavy,) and calls. Those deer in the pictures sacrificed themselves for the better good of the human species. ;D

The two pieces of camo I believe are the most important is a face net and gloves. I prefer brown and gray shades for southern indiana ground hunting.
