For those that was their the first year, do you think its best to cook the Chili there, or should i cook it at home and just bring the finished goods to camp? Reheating 10 gallons of chilli could be a challenge. Just let me know what you guys think, as of now i plan on bring the Iron Kettle and cooking their.

That was interesting the way that you did it. Might have to get an earlier start on it though so it cna simmer properly....

Has anybody got 5 or so pounds of venison breakfast sausage that they can fry up ahead of time to make biscuits and gravy with? If not I'll just buy some regular old pork sausage.

Since things are always a bit hectic Friday evening & saturday morning, what do you think about making the sausage gravy Friday, put it in the fridge, & warm it up Saturday morning?

Sounds good to me. We've got a crock pot there that can keep it warm. The boneless ribs are marinating as I type. I've got a dozen nice sized aluminum pans that will come in handy. Did all my grocery shopping this morning except the tater salad and biscuits. I'll pick that up on my way out of town Friday. Boy howdy, coffee ain't cheap!! But is absolutely necessary.

Save it at home, really. I know there at least 3 jugs of it there that needs to be used up.
Might need a few small cups, have some large cups there, and some bowls and plates. Quite a few plastic utensils.
