You can buy a factory refurbished Ez-go starting at about $4,000 with a lift kit, big tires and fancy wheels and paint, then add extras as you want to snaz it up. Several places do them for about the same price

Godwin company on about the 1200 block of west 16th street in Indy has a bunch of them sitting out in their lot, all look to be standard carts...
