I saw a piece in the paper today that I didn't know this rule existed, on Roush FWA mushroom hunters cant hunt mushrooms until after 1PM from April 27 - May14 because the draw turkey hunters hunt until 1PM.
Not sure when this was enacted or who is responsible for this rule but good on them for doing this! Im not sure if Salamonie and Missisinwa are the same but I sure hope so. h.h.

yes good for them! However from my experience most mushroom hunters don't care about property lines private property or anything else for that matter.
I hope they enforce it!

I doubt they have the same rule at Salamonie and Missisinwa as Roush is now a F&WA. Now will they do second chance draws?

same rule on EVERY FWA in the state of Indiana!!!! could you show me where this is posted? I pushed for this a couple of years ago at Sugar Ridge and it never happened. Maybe it is just FWA with draw hunts?

Salamonie and Missisinwa are not F&W Areas. They are reservoirs and recreation areas I believe ran by the State Parks. They have a different mission.
